Bilge hospital is maintaining 24 hour services in health sector with the specialties of; obstetrics and gynaecology,internal medicine,pediatrics,emergency,ambulance,newborn intensivecare and anaesthesiology.
BILGE HOSPITALS’S QUALITY OF SERVICE HAS BEEN REGISTERED WITH THE CERTIFICATION OF ISO 9001:2008 IN 2009.
In the second half of 2009,ıt has completed all preperations,succesfully passed the supervising and ceritfied by ‘total quality management’
While the preperations of ‘total quality management’, We aimed to develope our hospitals performance,to provide patients security and to increase the quality of service rather possessing the ISO 9001:2008 CERTIFICATION. Accordingly,all our phyisicians and the stuff worked hard with self sacrifice to get this certificate which is the last version of quality standarts.
BILGE Hospital is aware of ISO 9001 Quality Certification that is a standard, which determines the efficient quality management system and achieved succesful results in patient satisfaction,efficiency of service and patient loyalty during the preperation steps.
It has 28 patient rooms, 20 polyclinic rooms, 3 special operating rooms, 2 delivery rooms, 4-bed Adult Intensive Care, 10-bed newborn intensive care unit, private ambulance, free valet parking.
All of our rooms have infrastructure features such as a call system that enables communication with the floor nurse, central medical gas, oxygen, vacuum system, and fire alarm system.
The patient rooms have hot water, bathroom, air conditioning, mini fridge, wardrobe, LCD television, Free High Speed Wireless Internet, telephone, wide armchairs for attendants, adjustable dining table and room service..
The patient beds in our rooms are electro-hydraulic controlled. The head, waist and foot parts of the beds can be adjusted by the patient via the remote control. Bed edges are equipped with railings for our pediatric patients..
We have disposable slippers for our patients in our hospital. Moreover; Soap, shampoo, lotion, nail clippers, shoe horns, combs, etc. in our patient rooms. needs are taken into account..
